Mr. D.K. Mohapatra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that he has instruction to withdraw this writ petition with liberty reserved to file a fresh writ petition after removing the defects and incorporating the further facts as might be required in the circumstances.

A memo in this regard has been filed and is available on record. That apart, Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel has submitted that one Interlocutory Application seeking the same relief has been filed in the Registry.

We do not find any impediment to allow the prayer.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty reserved to file a fresh writ petition on the same subject matter, if it is so warranted. Pending interlocutory application/s are disposed of, 6.
