This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking a direction to the R.T.O., Jharsuguda to wave out the tax and penalty imposed on the vehicle bearing Registration No.OR-23-C-3210 under Annexure-2.

Petitioner may approach the Recovery Officer for depositing the certificate dues within three weeks hence. If such approach is made, the Certificate Officer on deposit of the same, drop the certificate proceeding.

Till then, no attachment be made.
