This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

The Petitioner having been implicated in Chandiposh P.S. Case No.10 of 2021 corresponding to G.R Case No.88 of 2021 registered for alleged commission of offence under sections 379/420/408/294/506/411/34, I.P.C. read with section 21 of MMDR Act pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bonai, has filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and viewing the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances, while being not inclined to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, this application is disposed of with the observation that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the court in seisin of the aforesaid case and moves for his release on bail, the same shall be considered on

// 2 // its own merit without being prejudiced by this order; further taking into account all the developments which have taken place subsequent to the incident, in their proper prospective and disposed of early in accordance with law.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of. Interim order passed on 05.04.2021 stands vacated.
