2. The prayer in the present petition indicates that this is a money claim by the Petitioner against private parties for which there is a Certificate Case No.9 of 2021 stated to be pending before the Sub-Collector, Bhubaneswar.

3. Giving the alternate prayer for expeditious disposal of the said certificate case, it is directed that if the said case is not already disposed of, it shall be disposed of within a period of six months in accordance with law by Opposite Party No.4.
