Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. None appears for opposite Party No.2. 2.

Instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner praying for quashing of the criminal proceeding in G.R. Case No.390 of 2014 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Aska on the grounds stated therein.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that she will raise all the grounds before the learned court below at the framing of charge.

In view of the above submission, the CRLMC stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to raise all such grounds before the court below in G.R. Case No.390 of 2014 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Aska at the time of framing of charges. On being so urged, the same shall be considered by the court below in accordance with law.
