Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is not aware of the ultimate outcome on the notice at Annexure-4. 3.
This Court declines to entertain the Writ Petition for being filed in half-hearted manner. Permitting the Petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition, this Court grants liberty to the Petitioner either to move an Appeal in the event the encroachment proceeding, vide Annexure-4 is already over, further in the event the encroachment proceeding, vide Annexure-4 is still pending, the Petitioner has the liberty to file an application for settlement before the concerned authority.
