This writ petition has been filed assailing the notice dated 19th September, 2013 (Annexure-1) issued by DIGP-cum-Estate Officer, Group Centre, CRPF, Bhubaneswar and consequential order passed in pursuance thereof directing the Petitioner to vacate Government Family Quarters No.212, Type-II, Group Centre, CRPF, Bhubaneswar within fifteen days. 4.

This Court while issuing notice in the matter vide order dated 21st October, 2013 directed that no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioner pursuant to the notice dated 19th September, 2013 till 20th November, 2013. Thereafter, no step was taken to get the matter listed. Today, none appears for the Petitioner.

It appears that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. 7.

The interim order dated 21st October, 2013 passed in Misc. Case No.21658 of 2013 stands vacated.
