Heard Mr. R. Mahato, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.

Mr. Mahato, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since in this matter Final Report has already been filed before the jurisdictional Court in connection with Jashipur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2022, liberty may be granted to the petitioner for filing a protest petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the jurisdictional Court and in the event such a petition is filed by the petitioner, the learned Court below is directed to proceed with the same in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the CRLMP is disposed of.
