During course of hearing, this Court finds, the Petitioners have a pending application before the Collector, vide Annexure-5. Mr.Mohapatra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State brings to the notice of this Court that there has been a decision involving a Writ Petition by the Hon'ble Chief Justice Bench giving certain direction. Be that as it may, since the application of the Petitioners is pending consideration by the Collector, Kendrapara, the Collector is directed to take decision on Annexure-5 but however keeping in view the direction of the Hon'ble Chief Justice in WPC(PIL) No.7469/2017 issued on 4.4.2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of copy of this order as well as the copy of the Writ Petition. This Court has not expressed any opinion on merit of the case.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
