This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

On considering the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sub-Collector, Ganjam at Post; Chhatrapur is permitted to impleaded as Opposite Party No.4 in Court for just adjudication. 4.

Taking note of the limited grievance, this Court permits the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the Opposite Party No.4 ventilating her grievance seeking extension of her engagement for a further period of two years, as Anganwadi helper in terms of new guidelines.

Learned counsel under takes to file such representation within a week hence before Opposite Party No.4. If such representation is filed, the newly added Opposite Party No.4 is called upon to dispose of the same within a period of six weeks hence and communicate decision there on to the petitioner.
