This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Lingaraj P.S. Case No. 318 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 6601 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Bhubaneswar for commission of offence under Sections 448/ 323/ 354-A/354-B/307/34 of the I.P.C.

Relying on the order passed by this Court dated 21.04.2022 in ABLAPL No. 15861 of 2021 relating to co-accused, the petitioners seek to be released on bail inter alia, on the ground of parity.

Learned counsel for the State submits since the learned counsel for the petitioners has not served a copy of the said order, it is not possible for her to verify the veracity.

Taking note of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the order passed by this Court in respect of co-accused, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
