This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.
The Petitioner, claiming herself to be a co-sharer in the acquired land in Khata No.167 of Village Laing in the District of Sundergarh, had filed W.P. (C) No. 11814 of 2016 praying for a direction to the Sub-Collector, Sadar, Sundergarh to make reference to the referral Court for apportionment of award amount to the extent of her share. The said petition was disposed of vide order dated 14th July, 2016 directing the Sub-Collector concerned to do the needful within a time frame.

At the time of hearing, counsel for the State submits that the Sub-Collector, Sadar, Sundergarh vide Memo No. 3542 dated 2nd May, 2022 informed the Office of Advocate General that the claim of the Petitioner already stands referred to the Civil Judge, Senior
// 2 // Division, Rajgangpur vide Office Letter No. 6482 dated 15th September, 2017.
Thus, the order stands complied.

In view of the above, counsel for the Petitioner concedes that the contempt petition has no longer survived. 5.
Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
