1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioner is in custody since 26th January, 2022 in connection with Baliapanda P.S.
Case No.24/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.418/2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Puri for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 386/387/341/353/506/120-B of I.P.C. read with Section 25 of the Arms Act.

4. It is alleged that the Petitioner that the Petitioner and some other persons had assembled in a Hotel with the intention of making a plan to commit a crime. In course of raid, several persons including the present Petitioner were apprehended and a gun was recovered from the possession of the Petitioner. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused namely, Purna Chandra Das has been released on bail by this Court as per order passed in BLAPL No.2715/2022.

Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention in custody and the fact that co-accused has already been released on bail, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that she shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case and in case of even a single default, appropriate orders shall be passed to take him to custody again.
6. The BLAPL is disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
