This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Salipur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 210 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC,Salipur for commission of offence under Sections 341/ 294/ 323/ 427/ 435/ 506/ 307/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the order passed by this Court dated 26.04.2022 in ABLAPL No.2868 of 2022 relating to co-accused, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal proclivity. While enlarging the petitioner

on bail the learned court below shall verify such assertion. If it comes to the fore that the petitioner has any criminal antecedent, this order shall stands recalled automatically without any further reference to this Court.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
