This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

In the course of hearing of the CRLMC application, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the CRLMC application may kindly be disposed of with a direction to the Court concerned to release the petitioners on bail, if they voluntarily surrender before the Court concerned.

Learned counsel for the State-Vigilance makes formal objection to such prayer of the petitioners.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and taking into consideration that this Court by an order passed on 19.07.2017 has directed for taking no coercive action against the petitioners, this Court without adverting to the materials on merit of the case disposes of the CRLMC application with request to the learned Court in seisin of the case to consider the bail application of the petitioners, if they voluntarily surrender before the Court, in accordance with law by taking
