1.Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal in accordance with law. If such appeal is filed not later than 12th September, 2022, accompanied by an application for condonation of delay, citing the pendency of the present petition as the reason for the delay, such application shall be considered in accordance with law. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

2. The original of the Annexures be returned counsel for the Petitioner subject to their being substituted with attested photo copies thereof.

3. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn the liberty as prayer for in the above terms.
