This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Ersama P.S. Case No. 86 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 173 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Ersama for commission of offence under Sections341/ 323/ 294/ 307/ 354/ 427/380/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the submission made by learned counsel for the State that three injured persons, namely, Rajashree Mallik, Babu Mallik and Santosh Mallik have suffered simple injuries and considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Courts directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
