4. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to direct the opposite party no.4 to release the amount fixed for the work order dated 18.09.2012 in Annexure-1 in his favour.

5. Since the work order is of the year, 2012 and was to be executed within three days, the said period having been expired, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
