Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to Opposite Party No.3-Tahasildar, Chandbali to dispose of representation dated 11th January, 2021 (Annexure-3) filed by him to record the land in question in his favour on the basis of long possession.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.
