1. Learned counsel for the Informant (Opposite Party No.2) confirms that the matters have been compromised between him and the Petitioner.

2. In that view of the matter, Telkoi P.S. Case No.42 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. Case No.677 of 2015 pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Keonjhar and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.
