Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

On his own submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, an application for settlement should come during pendency of a proceeding under the OPLE Act. For his submission, there is no pendency of any proceeding under the OPLE Act. In the circumstance, this Court finds, Annexure-3 is not entertainable. The Writ Petition thus stands rejected. However, dismissal of the Writ Petition will not stand on the way of the Petitioner in approaching under Section 8-A of the OPLE Act.
