1. The Petitioner's representation (Annexure-4) shall be examined by Tahasildar, Mahakalpada, District-Kendrapara and after issuing notice to the Petitioners as well as Opposite Parties Nos.6 to 362 and after giving them a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 1st November, 2022. The said order shall be made available by publishing it on website soon thereafter. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
