This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Banpur P.S. Case No. 127 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 114 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Banpur for commission of offence under Sections341/ 323/ 294/ 506/34 of the I.P.C. read with Section 3 & 4 of the Explosive Substance Act and 9B of Explosive Act.

Considering the specific allegation under the Explosive Substance Act, attributable to one Somonath, who is not a petitioner before this Court, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
