Considering the innocuous prayer involved, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bargarh, provided there is no lawful obstruction in the finality of the aforesaid suit, to conclude the same at least within a period of nine months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
