Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Puri Town P.S. Case No. 104 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 702 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Puri for commission of offence under Sections 498-A/341/294/323/506/34 of the I.P.C. and Sec.4 of the D.P.Act.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
