1. In view of the order dated 22nd February 2022 in W.P.(C) No.2219 of 2015 (Harekrishna Das v. State of Odisha), the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file a properly constituted revision petition before the Member, Board of Revenue under Section 15(b) of the Odisha Survey and Settlement Act, 1958.

2. Further, if the revision petition is filed within a period of three weeks along with an application for condonation of delay, it shall be construed liberally taking into consideration the pendency of the writ petition as well as the settled position of law as explained in Vijay Krishna Poultry Pvt. Ltd. v. State of Odisha (2021) 2 OLR 280.
