This Civil Miscellaneous Petition involves the impugned order Order No.

merely involving a direction to the plaintiffs to take out paper publication for making appearance of the party involved therein. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition was entertained in 2016 and there is sufficient loss of time in the meantime. This Court finding no scope to interfere in such order however, observes in the event there is appearance of such defendant nos.4 to 7 and pleading involving the C.S.No.402/13 pending on the file of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Puri is complete, there shall be view of the trial court to close the proceeding at least within a period of nine months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order.

With this observation and direction, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of.
