Mr. S.K. Tripathy, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no instructions in the matter.

But in compliance of the order dated 11.10.2022, Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate and Mr. S.P. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for opposite party-Pollution Control Board filed respective affidavits indicating therein that due to rejection of no objection certificate by the Collector, Jajpur, the crusher, which was operating by the petitioner was closed and it remains non-operational.

In such view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
