This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajgangpur P.S. Case No. 324 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 617 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Rajgangpur for commission of offence under Sections 341/294/420/386/506/379/34 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by order dated 19.02.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge(Vigilance), Sundargarh in ABLAPL No.52 of 2022 the present anticipatory bail application has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
