Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Udaygiri P.S. Case No.102 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 86 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Gajapati, Parlakhemundi for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) and Sec.25 and 29 of NDPS Act, 1985. 4.

Considering the fact that seized contraband article is huge being 700kgs of ganja, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail which is therefore rejected.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
