It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 3071 of 2017 (Sukanti Mohapatra & Ors. V. State of Odisha & Anr.), which has been dismissed vide order dated 07.03.2019 by this Court.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 07.03.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No. 3071 of 2017 (Sukanti Mohapatra & Ors v. State of Odisha & Anr.), this Writ Petition stands dismissed in terms of the said order. 5.
