02. 1. This matter is taken up through Virtual Mode.

2. The petitioner is the defaulting borrower of Cash Credit facility availed in two loan accounts for a sum of Rs.15 lakhs in the year 2016, leading to the issuance of Demand Notice dated 24.12.2019 under Section 13 (2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 recalling the total outstanding amount of Rs.18,30,576/- approximately. Challenge is laid to the aforesaid Demand Notice.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition.

4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
