2. Since against refusal of interim order dated 24.04.2018 passed by the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A.No.1037 (C) of 2018, the petitioner has approached this Court, this Court is not inclined to entertain the same. 3.

However, the writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to raise all objections and contentions in the main case, which is pending consideration.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
