The present contempt petition has been filed with the averment that the application of the Petitioner for settlement of the land has not been disposed of by the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar as directed by this Court vide order dated 26th November, 2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.25135 of 2020. 3.

At the time of hearing, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Tahasildar concerned, i.e. Additional Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar has passed the final order dated 7th July, 2021 in W.L. Case No.64 of 2020 after the preliminary order dated 28th June, 2021, thereby rejected the application of the Petitioner on examination of the records, provisions and the claim of the Petitioner.

In view of the above, we find no grounds to pursue the present competent petition. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to seek her remedy in accordance with law.
