This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Khuntuni P.S. Case No. 84 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 189 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Athagarh for commission of offence under Sections 147/148/452/323/354/354(B)/325/326/307/149 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act and Sec. 9B of the Explosive Act 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits document evidencing compromise between the parties. The same is taken on record. 5.
Taking note of such compromise, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 6.
Before releasing the petitioners on bail, learned court below will enquire into the veracity of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the matter has been settled out of the court.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
