Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Baranga P.S. Case No. 33 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 398 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC(R ), Cuttack, for commission of offence under Section 52(a)(i) of the Odisha Excise Amendment Act. 4.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
