This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Pattapur P.S. Case No. 359 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 342 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned N.G.N.-cum-J.M.F.C.. Sanakhemundi, for commission of offence under Section 147/ 148/ 341/ 342/ 323/283/431/294/353/186/506/149 of the I.P.C. , Section 7 of the Criminal Law (Amendment) Act and Section 8-A National Highway Act and Section 4 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rule.
