This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Mr. Seshadev Das, learned counsel and his associated have entered appearance on behalf of the informant. The Vakalatnama and affidavit filed by the informant are taken on record. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Champua P.S. Case No. 41 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 109 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Champua for commission of offence under Sections 341/ 323 / 354/ 307/506/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the specific overt act attributed to the petitioner No.1, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the same is accordingly stands rejected qua petitioner No.1.

So far as Petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 are concerned, taking into account the nature of allegations and role ascribed to them, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, they shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
