The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Ramchandrapur P.S. Case No. 302 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 2782 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Jajpur for commission of offence under Sections 341/ 323 / 354/506/34 of the I.P.C.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner Nos.1 and 2 have not been cited as accused in the Final Form and petitioner Nos. 3 to 5 have responded to notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. as such there being no apprehension of arrest, 5.
