This matter is of the year 2013. This Court vide order dated 30.10.2013 in Misc. Case No.21361 of 2013 observed that filing of the certified copies under Annexures-4 and 7 cannot be dispensed with since these are the impugned orders. Hence, the Court had directed to list the matter after filing of the certified copies of Annexures-4 and 7.

Till date, the order passed by this Court on 30.10.2013 has not been complied with or none is there on behalf of the petitioner to prosecute the case.
