This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.1143 of 2021 arising out of Cuttack Mahila P.S. Case No.101 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M.(S), Cuttack for commission of offence punishable under Sections 498(A)/323/294/506/34 of the IPC read with Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

In view of the issuance of notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. to Petitioner No.2 annexed as Annexure-1, the bail application so far as Petitioner No.2 is concerned as not entertained.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and for the State, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence, the petitioner Nos.1,3 and 4 shall be released on bail by the Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
