I.A. No.373 of 2022 06.

1. This is an application for modification of the order dated 28.3.2022 passed in MACA No.247 of 2020.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Appellant.

3. Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that by order dated 28.3.2022, this Court dismissed the appeal, i.e.,MACA No.247 of 2020 on the ground of limitation. But refund of statutory amount has not been ordered.

4. After hearing learned counsel for the Appellant, the I.A. is allowed. The expressions "The statutory deposit made before this Court with accrued interest thereon shall be refunded to the Appellant-Insurance Company" be inserted as paragraph 7A after

paragraph 7 of the order dated 28.3.2022. The rest part of the said order remains unaltered.

5. I.A. is disposed of.
