This is an application for modification of the order dated 28.06.2022 Order No.

passed in W.P.(C).No.9111 of 2022.

There is difficulty show by the petitioner in preferring the appeal within the time stipulation. Considering there is difficulty, this Court extends the time for filing statutory appeal at least within a further period of two weeks hence.

Interim order passed earlier shall continue.
