This Court finds, there is a serious allegation of infringement of Order No.

civil right of the Petitioner by the Public Authority. It appears, on the selfsame of issue, the Petitioner has already made a complaint to the R.D.C (Central Division), Cuttack-Opposite Party No.3 vide Annexure-4 and following submission of such complaint, it appears, the Office of the R.D.C. (Central Division), Cuttack has already sent the matter to the Collector, Cuttack for necessary inquiry and report. Learned counsel for the Petitioner alleges that in spite of all these developments, there is no finality to the grievance of the Petitioner. However, considering the problem faced by the Petitioner and keeping in view the development taking place till Annexure-5, this Court directs the Collector, Cuttack-O.P.4 to respond to the request of the Opposite Party No.3 and submit report within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner and depending on such report and action plan,

// 2 // the Opposite Party No.3 shall proceed to pass an appropriate order on the complaint of the Petitioner within a period of one month thereafter. 2.

With the aforesaid direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
