1. The Petitioner's representation dated 28th February, 2022 will be considered by the General Manager, MCL, Kaniha Area, Angul (Opposite Party No.7) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner and giving him a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 1st June, 2022 and communicated the said order to the Petitioner not later than 8th June, 2022. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.
