This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Petitioners, who are defaulting borrowers of loan facilities availed from Allahabad Bank, Nayapalli Branch, Bhubaneswar have laid challenge in the instant petition to the recovery process initiated under the SARFAESI Act. 3.

At the interim stage of hearing on 12th March, 2013, conditional interim protection was granted subject to deposit of stated amounts within stipulated time.

Now I.A. No. 13876 of 2019 has been filed, whereby an unconditional withdrawal of the case has been prayed for in the

// 2 // light of the loan account having been settled as a private treaty with the assignee-Assets Reconstruction Company of the Bank. 5.

In view of the contents of the application, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
