The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.786 of 2022 arising out of Belpahar P.S. Case No.72 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M. Jharsuguda for commission of offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(n)/506/34 of the IPC.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim, this Court is not inclined to exercise its discretion under 438 Cr.P.C. 5.
