This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.59 of 2022 arising out of Parjanga P.S. Case No.62 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. Parjanga for commission of offence punishable under Sections 143/147/294/323/379/506 and 149 of the IPC.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The Court in seisin to fix the terms.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
