This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.312 of 2022 arising out of Nimapara P.S. Case No.95 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. Nimapara for commission of offence punishable under Sections 294/429/506/34 of IPC read with Section 7 of Orissa Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1980.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and submissions made by both the counsel, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence, the petitioner shall be

released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
