Heard Mr. Patel, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.K. Das, Learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.

Since copy has already been served, defect as pointed out by the S.R. is ignored.

Mr. Patel prays for withdrawal of the application with liberty to surrender before the concerned court below.

Accordingly the CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. In the event Petitioner surrenders on or before 16th May, 2022 and prays for his release on bail, his prayer for bail shall be considered in accordance with law including the ground of parity, if any applicable, on the same day.
